Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Haya, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Haya.

You must be a Muslim seeking marriage (Nikah). Haya is not a casual dating platform.

You must not have been previously banned from Haya or any of our affiliated services.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with anyone.

You must provide accurate, truthful information on your profile. Misleading profiles will be removed.

You may only have one active account. Duplicate accounts will be banned.

Haya is for serious marriage-seekers only. You agree not to use it for casual relationships, hookups, or any purpose other than finding a spouse.

You must not send unsolicited, harassing, threatening, or inappropriate messages.

You must not impersonate another person, use fake photos, or misrepresent your identity.

You must not use the platform for commercial solicitation, spam, or any unlawful purpose.

Any form of abuse, harassment, or exploitation is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

You own the content you upload to Haya (photos, bio, etc.). By uploading it, you grant Haya a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it to other members as part of the service.

Profile photos must be modest and appropriate. No revealing clothing, explicit content, or photos of children.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community standards, without notice.

Free accounts have limited features. Paid subscriptions (AI Matchmaker, Concierge) are billed monthly or annually.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your settings.

Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Haya never stores your card details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, without notice.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Upon termination, your profile and data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Haya facilitates connections between members but does not guarantee marriage outcomes. We are a platform, not a matchmaker or marriage broker.

We are not responsible for the conduct of members on or off the platform. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person for the first time.

The AI compatibility scores are provided as guidance only and are not a guarantee of relationship compatibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haya is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the subscription fee you paid in that month.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of Haya after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
